What is Gurochan?[edit]
Gurochan is a website that uses a 4chan like structure. You can post images and comments anonymously or with a username to look extra cool. Anyone can start a thread, as what they're called, and people on Gurochan make threads usually about the general idea about how an anime gurl dies/is dying.
- Did you know? The Gurochan default background is a mix of a nice inviting pink, and reds of different shades. This is because we want to make people think this is a nice, cute, calm site and reel them in before BAM dope gore to wack to.

Portraying Death[edit]
In order to be able to expeirence guro without actually doing it irl, the most we can do is to visually expeirence it virtually. But there are different ways to see guro being done. Here are some of the ways guro appears on the site and on the internet (hopefully not irl tho)
Photos[edit]
Most of the time, people draw dead girls and gals. This encompasses the vast majority of guro representation. Although, sometimes a 3D render, also known as a 3DCG will be created on a compooter and a screenshot will be made and shared. Though, usually they won't appear very realistic since we have STANDARDS and don't actually wanna see real dead people i think. Also, the police might get confused and shut us down so no realistic 3DCG.
Videos[edit]
These are very rare and I don't think I've seen an actual smoothly and fully animated guro video. Usually it's like a photo with motion edits to make it look fluid. It's very hard to find someone into dead anime girls, so it's probably harder to find an consistent artist of guro, and even more so for an animator. If you see a guro video, share it bro spread it. The only video guro I've seen is from anime, and people don't really like dead things so they don't detail it that often.
GIFs[edit]
actuAlY it'S pRonoUnc- shut up. GIFs or GIFs, however you wanna say it, are the most plentiful type of "animation" available. They're pretty cool, bite sized enough for a guro artist to be able to try animating without doing a video. I linked the biggest GIF thread on gurochan in the title of this subsection.
Videogames[edit]
There are a lot of guro games but most of them are 3 types. Just story sorts where it shows still images and text. Like a book. Another is pixelated games where you control a character and try and avoid dying in very gory ways. Or you try and get all the death animations cause we're into guro. The other type are those weird 3DCG ones. Most guro games are mid, since few people have the determination or requirements to be able to code, be into dead girls, and draw/model. So guro games are usually very effort lacking. There's only 1 good guro game I know, and it's Zmod's mod of Granony's torture chamber mod (it's good trust me)
Catagories of Guro[edit]
There are various different ways to kill a person, or portray someone as dead or dying, believe it or not. Here are some of the most common ways to inflict damage to a person, fatal or not.

- Burning
- Crushing
- Cuntbusting (underrated)
- Cutting
- Hanging
- Anticoagulant poisoning to induce bleeding and increase the rate of blood loss
